Probably from the 1950's. Too small for me though.

The leather could use some conditioner, but over all it's not worn that much and looks pretty good.

Today it's a cool item I found at a garage sale last weekend.
They're PANTS-RAK An item to hand your pants in your closet.
It's a cool idea, should save on space and keeps all your pants in the same place.
Just hang it like a hanger and it hold 6 pairs.
I got two of these. Ones solid oak and the other is more a maple. The designs a bit different too, so I think the oak one is older.
Sometimes these old designs are pretty cool. It's all metal and wood so no plastic to mess with, plus it vintage. I could probably use these for ties too. It's Vintage Gear for the well dressed Guy...
