Today it's a cool hole punch.
I had been looking for a nice old one that made a small hole.
This is the type that a railroad conductor would use to punch your ticket.
finger ring welded to it, not sure that came stock.
P. J. Mieth Manufacturing. Punch Rite 403. The original owner made sure his name was on it too.
And the nice little holes is makes... If you like super well made vintage gear, then this might be for you too..
