This is a vintage H Bar C Ranch Wear Western Shirt from their Eldorado Collection.
Researching this one, it seems to be their "Top of the line" of their shirts. It has "Shotgun" cuffs with 5 pearl snaps, deep red gabardine and white piping. 
Check out those "Smiley" pockets!
It's really a super well made shirt and if you're into the western look this is might be a shirt for you.
Not sure when this shirt came out. I don't think it's really that old, probably from the 60's or 70's would be my guess. But even if you'd never wear it, you have to admit this is one cool shirt!
