Ahoy there... Today it's my US Navy Pea Coat!
I picked this up last year hoping to have my first pea coat and got a size 44 which is the size I usually take. These things run big!

this one is from 1967. It's the last year the coats were made with corduroy pocket linings which is something I wanted in one of these.

I've worn it a couple of times, and maybe with a thick wool sweater it would fit better, but in LA, it just doesn't get that cold to wear both...

Here's what I'm talking about with the pockets..

And don't forget those classic navy anchor buttons...

If anyone can wear a big size 44 or 46 let me know as I'll be letting this one go... And I'll have to find a 42 as Pea Coats are a classic vintage guy gear!
