Earlier I highlighted my Gillette Adjustable razor and today, I'll highlight it's pal... my vintage Silver tipped Badger Shaving brush.

My grandfather bought this new probably in the early 70's and never used it. It was still in it's box when I got it about 12 years ago.

It's an Italian Omega brand Silver Tipped Badger Brush. If you're going to buy one, the top of the line is a silver tipped badger. Get that type is you can afford it or are lucky enough to find one.
Shaving brushes do a fantastic job and are so much better than a can of cream. My mug is just a hand thrown coffee mug, but looks vintage. I use the glycerine shave soap as I have found that one the best for me.
